Terms & Conditions

• The Rider should have a valid license.
• The Rider must always wear Helmet.
• Always give correct address in case of emergency that in only help.
• All legalities originating at bike end and usage will be taken by biker.
• In case any problem in the bike or accident on the way bike shell be return by rider in our office in which it was hired
• Minimum rental period for Leh and Spiti valley is 7 days.
• If any reasons the road are closed you would still be charged for the duration.
• Bike once booked will be cancelled 50% of total amount before two month.
• Bring back bike from Leh 10,000/- bike, Srinagar  15,000/- bike, Jammu  10,000/- bike, Shimla  – 8,000/- bike.
• Security deposit will be taken as a cash 15,000/- bike.
• One original id and photo copy of license or passport photo need to kept at our office, which will be returned at the end of the tour or renting period..
• For tour in case any rider falls sick during the tour the expenses for medical treatment, travel and porter charges etc. will be borne by the concerned individual.
• If you were unable to bring back the motorbike to our office then the security deposited will not be returned back.
